Great starter kit.
Bought for my 11 year old daughter for her art class in class but she loves to use it more. I didn't want to spend a lot or buy a larger set just to get started and this fit perfectly. I don't know much about charcoal drawing but the materials that come with it are of good quality and I have to mention the sharpener. It's metal and works amazing. I definitely recommend it for beginners or those who want to learn how to draw with charcoal.
