Satisfied with the table and customer service

The price is not bad, and the quality is not too bad considering the finishing process. I chose the table because it is small but still offers storage space. It also had good reviews, including many who were positive about the customer service. I am satisfied in every respect. I received the table with some minor damage in and under the back corner, but if you have ever bought large items online you know there is a pretty good chance they will get damaged as shippers are usually fast and don't pamper yourself with packages. Anyway, there is a note in the box telling how to contact the seller if you need something, within a very short time (2-3 hours) after emailing them photos, to save time and they contacted me and offered a partial refund when that was all I asked for. I knew I could easily fix the damage with a furniture paint pen and some glue/furniture staples. Not as bad as it sounds. Very easy fixes. It took seconds and maybe 2 minutes for the back corner to fix a crack in the drawer rail below which is even statically necessary as far as I can tell. It added some power, but not enough to make a difference. Assembly, even with repairs, took about 25 minutes, including unpacking and gathering hardware, making this table easy to assemble. I didn't even need instructions, which is unusual for me. If you are looking for a cheaper table for a small space I would recommend this one. It's mainly MDF, but it's pretty strong for the class this product belongs to. I was very happy with the customer service. They responded quickly, politely and true to their word. The returned amount was returned less than 10 hours before the promised time. For me it was 30 plus tax, but it could be different for you. They calculate the amount based on the type of damage. So take photos and email them to save time and help them.
