Great tool for remote employees to use - easy to learn and use!
The ease of use - no matter what my experience level is as far being technical or non-technical I can get up in minutes! Very easy app with many different options available so you don't have one size fits all solution like other programs out there do today.- Sometimes it lags which makes me think about not having enough RAM/CPU but this seems only when working from home (which isn’t often) otherwise very stable great customer service team too.
It has saved our organization time & money because we need someone who does understand tech issues well AND knows how people work best through coaching rather than overbearing rules etc...we are able now easily hire employees remotely without needing an office space anymore!!
Pros
- Easy way for clients tp communicate w us at any point during day.easy transition into new system if necessary..lots going ons every week that keep things interesting..keep learning something each month.helpful training videos included...it's fun!!! : ) ;
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
