Great tool for remote employees to use - easy to learn and use!

The ease of use - no matter what my experience level is as far being technical or non-technical I can get up in minutes! Very easy app with many different options available so you don't have one size fits all solution like other programs out there do today.- Sometimes it lags which makes me think about not having enough RAM/CPU but this seems only when working from home (which isn’t often) otherwise very stable great customer service team too. It has saved our organization time & money…

Pros
  • Easy way for clients tp communicate w us at any point during day.easy transition into new system if necessary..lots going ons every week that keep things interesting..keep learning something each month.helpful training videos included...it's fun!!! : ) ;

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
