With a few VERY minor exceptions, this camera is near perfect. This is a REALLY plug and play device and the 1080p picture and sound quality is just superb. I've had multiple zoom calls with friends and multiple telemedicine calls with doctors and it has worked flawlessly in all cases. The people on the other end of the line were talking about how well they can see me. The device also comes with a lens cap for privacy and protection when traveling with it or tossing it in a briefcase. The camera has a threaded adapter to screw it onto a tripod, making for amazing mounting versatility, especially if you want to use it to show a room full of people where the camera is in the front and needs to be raised. to see all. My only complaint is that the camera can be moved around more easily than it probably should when hung from the top of a monitor or placed on a table. When you mount it on a monitor, it doesn't really cut it like some other webcams. So if you pull the cable or hit the monitor, you'll likely need to realign. If you mounted the camera on a table or other surface, there is no rubber in the area under the camera that touches the table. So if you move the camera, it may need to be readjusted. But these are very minor complaints and I have no hesitation in giving the camera 5 stars. All in all, highly recommended and money well spent. I don't understand how anyone can be disappointed.
