This shawl is beautiful, it worked perfectly with my dress for the gala event I attended. I had to order a second one because when the first arrived, I put it in the dryer on low heat to fluff the faux fur like other reviewers suggested. The faux fur was absolutely ruined -- I guess my dryer's low setting is hotter than the other reviewers. But it was so pretty I ordered a second one; this time I put the shawl in the dryer on the no-heat, air dry only setting. It worked to fluff the fur and did not ruin my garment. I would definitely recommend this product. It is so beautiful and warm, I don't regret my purchase at all despite having to buy it twice. Just be careful -- NEVER use *any* heat on it or the fur will be ruined.
