I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.
The device is expensive, I try to clean it regularly and follow all the recommendations of the instructions. Hope it lasts for more than a year. Some pros: Well, very powerful, only after a couple of months I was able to clean it in mode 10. Feelings after cleansing are unreal, like after a massage (although in fact this is a massage). I read with pleasure. With its cons: There is no nozzle for cleansing the tongue - I had to buy it separately.
