Review on Bush Furniture Fairview Lateral Cabinet by Juan Lockwood

I was looking for a page file to replace two metal two drawer cabinets. This one is beautiful, durable and inexpensive. My home office doesn't have a lot of space so I love that this looks like furniture but without a very wide table top; everything is arranged clearly and space-savingly. I was able to combine my previous cabinets to save space and I appreciate that I can easily access all files. The material is not MDF or wood; I think you would call it chipboard. But it feels solid and all the edges are finished so you won't notice. The box was super heavy. We "rolled" it carefully up our few flights of stairs, then unpacked it in the living room to carry the pieces upstairs. It was well protected with styrofoam and not a single part was damaged. My 15 year old son put it together for me; he likes technology. It took him four hours to carefully read and follow the instructions. I just had to help stabilize the pieces as he assembled the large box frame. He actually had to hollow out some wood to fit a support rod under one of the drawers; The hole was drilled too close to the box. Everything else fits perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase.
