Easy to set up and take down. My daughter loves it!
Came in 1 smll box in a carry case. The tent, tunnel, and ball pit comes in the package. BALLS ARE SEPARATE. This is easy to set up, takes maybe 5 minutes. It's just as easy to fold back up. Poles for the tent are sturdy enough for kids play. The last pole does go in a little harder after it's stretched out. My daughter 3 y.o daughter loves it. I have no complaints!
