I've been using Noctua fans for many years as I'm very sensitive to noise. I've tried many fan brands but none compare to Noctua in terms of low noise levels and decent airflow retention. I recently built my first custom water circuit. Nocuta's brown color on the heatsinks is very noticeable, which is not what I wanted. So the search started again, I read a review about the low noise level of this fan, even lower than Noctua's, so I decided to give it a try. I put 3 of these fans on a 360 radiator, I also put 2 Noctua Low Profile NF-A12x15 on a 240 Slim radiator because of the low ground clearance. All fans idle at around 900-1000 RPM. The result is impressive, Phanteks delivers more airflow than the Noctua and remains just as quiet as the Noctua.
