I use them for video conferencing and listening to music at my desk. You are pretty good. Pairing for the first time can be a little tedious, but put it back in the charging case and start over and pairing will be seamless. The sound quality for Zoom meetings is very good. Listening to music requires a slight increase in bass and treble. The silicone ear tips are pretty good, but I feel like they could be a bit better. If anyone knows the inner diameter of the earplugs, please report! I have other KZ brand headphones and they have a larger inner diameter than this one.
