Excellent oral care toothpaste
I don't recall you using anything other than Crest. I have never had tooth decay and even at 71 I still had pearly white teeth. About 5 years ago I started using a "healing" gel due to some breathing problems from smoking. This solved my breathing problem but after a few years I got tooth decay! A quick check showed that there was no fighter. HOORAY! Went back to Crest but in short now combined it with a gel. So far, so good.
