Review on 🔧 Dorman 911-141 Vapor Canister Purge Valve: Ideal for Acura, Honda, and Saturn Models by Enrique Espinoza

Very easy to install on my 2008 Acura TL-S (about 15 minutes). Completely solved my problem! I've had three different codes (including purge valve failure) and failed ejections. After reading the reviews here I found that many ordered this and it didn't solve their problem. Did some research and found that there are more than a few possible causes for the code and purge valve failure. Also, after installing a new one, it can sometimes take up to 60 miles for the car's system to "recheck" the problem and indicate that it has been fixed. To rule out the possibility of other causes, I had it diagnosed by a local mechanic before purchasing an unnecessary part. Tested for vacuum leaks, loose or cracked lines, pressure check and tank/lid inspection. After $125 they assured me it was that flush valve. In my case, this part was $140 cheaper than a factory replacement from the dealer and $55 cheaper than the part (exact same part, same part number, and same brand as this) at any local parts store. so I dared! Very easy installation, perfect fit, the codes disappeared immediately and the emissions were gone the next day. I'm fine now. 300 miles after installation and everything is still perfect, no lights or codes. A little gamble here and it paid off. TO WIN!
