Great screen but some features are missing

I like the quality of the screen itself, the form factor and its lightness. But I would like to control it with the remote control. It doesn't have a receiver, so you can't even use the universal remote. I have it VESA mounted over my other screen and have to pull it out of its optimal viewing position to adjust EVERY control, which I have to do several times a day, especially the volume. So frustrating. Pooh! Considering returning due to ongoing problems. They could have added this functionality even if it didn't come with a remote control.
