It helps me, but maybe not for everyone.
Works but has a few small issues. I connected this to a 5m spool of LED bulbs. have to wait about 4 seconds. This is fine for me because these lights are only decorative, but it doesn't work for other areas where the light is supposed to turn on like a regular light. The second problem is that the transformer heats up. I was originally going to mount all the hardware behind drywall for a really clean look, but after feeling the transformer getting hot after about 2 hours of continuous use I changed my plan to mount this thing outside the wall (allowed some convection cooling and fire protection).
