The best tool for chat bot creation.

The user friendly interface. The best part is that I am able to create a chat bot to talk to my customers. The best thing to love about this application is that I am in charge of every part. I am able to create and manage my own chat bot and set up the flow of the conversations. This app is one of the best options out there for the people who are looking for a custom chat bot. It is the best when it comes to customer support. I believe that the only problem I am facing is that sometimes it takes a lot of time to load. I have personally used this app on a couple of occasions and I have found it really helpful and easy to use. It is a great tool which will help you to create your own custom chat bot. There is no much to dislike about this app. It is a great tool. This app helps me to solve the customer support issue and make it easier for my customers. The best thing about this bot is its capability in handling multiple conversations at once without crashing or lagging. It's very easy to integrate into our Dynamics 365 environment as well. There can be some lag time when it comes to processing requests but we have been able to make adjustments for most situations. We are solving customer service issues by using this tool. Our customers are now more engaged because they receive responses within minutes rather than days or weeks.
