The best tool for chat bot creation.

The user friendly interface. The best part is that I am able to create a chat bot to talk to my customers. The best thing to love about this application is that I am in charge of every part. I am able to create and manage my own chat bot and set up the flow of the conversations. This app is one of the best options out there for the people who are looking for a custom chat bot. Excellent experience with Bot Framework integration

The ability for bots in Dynamics 365 has been great so far but I think we are just at starting point here as there could be more features available yet! There's not much you can do about it right now but if Microsoft adds some cool integrations into bot framework then this will definitely help us solve our customer service issues faster than ever before!!
