Excellent experience with Bot Framework integration

The ability for bots in Dynamics 365 has been great so far but I think we are just at starting point here as there could be more features available yet! There's not much you can do about it right now but if Microsoft adds some cool integrations into bot framework then this will definitely help us solve our customer service issues faster than ever before!! Customer Service Management (CSR) - Improved communication between agents & customers through social media platforms like Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

  • Integration with multiple channels, data enrichment capability among other things really matter when dealing directly one toone conversation to resolve business problems quickly without any external intervention required from an administrator/supervisor etc.Great feature which is lacking within Salesforce itself..as everything else seems outdated except CRm BOT integration..which gives your organization flexibility over all major channel communications tools e
