I am very embarrassed to admit that I spent so much money on this item given the quality. This was the only item my daughter received for the holidays and when we unpacked the box I noticed that some of the stickers were missing. But I thought they were stickers, no big deal. When assembling the house, you need to be careful, as the plastic itself, as before, is flimsy and not durable at all. The path to the garage is either winding or partially not designed properly because the garage door gets stuck when you try to open it. Semi-functional but no fun. The tiny button on the top of the toilet doesn't work. After a light press, the button gets stuck and releases slowly, silently or with a delay. Just made cheap. None of this stopped my daughter from falling in love with this pink dream house. However, she expressed some disappointment (tears) when we were about to assemble the elevator and the cord going through the elevator shaft came off the pulley, rendering the elevator inoperable. I was able to find an elevator solution on YouTube, so apparently this is a common problem with this Barbie house model. Today I will try to fix it and post an update. This item would have been returned promptly if my daughter hadn't asked me to. I am not satisfied at all and I ask everyone who wants to buy this product to wait until there is a significant price reduction. Spend a little more money on one of the sturdier '90s Dreamhouse collectible models, or buy a wooden dollhouse (Sam's Club had a good one), or buy a rock pet (more functional than this dreamhouse). Beautiful colors and nostalgia are not worth the price for this model.
