crooked welded; does not work properly

I have ordered 2 of these Hover-1 Beast Buggies a gift to my children. They were packaged very well but when I opened one of them I noticed that some of the screws had signs of rust on top and a piece of enamel paint had chipped off one of the pieces. I immediately took pictures and contacted the company because the box and manual said to contact them about damaged or missing parts. I submitted a claim on their website following the instructions. It's been a month and I still haven't heard from them. They also tell you not to submit another claim using that order number or your computer system will automatically invalidate both claims. Anyway, I started collecting the first day after opening the boxes. Then I realized I had a bigger problem than just peeling paint. Some parts were welded at right angles, and after assembling the buggy, the parts that attach to the hoverboard are not straight. I have attached photos of it. Then I thought maybe I could loosen the screws to bring the L brackets closer to the edges of the hoverboard, but guess what? They have been dyed AFTER wearing them and will not move. After assembling both buggies I decided to put them on hoverboards. So I could wear them. They put pressure on the pads and set the whole device in motion. But because everything is wrong, even if I try to go straight, one grip is always higher and the other lower. Turning in one direction is very easy, but turning in the other direction really takes a lot of strength. Overall I'm disappointed, mainly because it's not a cheap model. I think it's a great idea, but a small manufacturing flaw made this buggy unwieldy. I would like to note that I tried this out with our SWFT hoverboard with 10" wheels and even at top speed I didn't notice any of the front wheel wobble that some users have mentioned. I'm wondering if they used a hoverboard with wheels smaller than the recommended 10 inch. So overall I wouldn't recommend this until they can improve quality control during production. If so, it will be a fun buggy.
