I like that it was easy to use, as well as having all of your data in one place (which is very helpful for reporting). It also has an API so we were able to integrate into other systems easily! There are some features missing from this software such as A/B testing or custom dashboards but overall still great product at low cost compared others out there which have more bells & whistles than you need initially when starting up new projects / clients websites etc - especially considering how much they charge nowdays!! Have used multiple solutions over time including Google Analytics 360 Suite plus many paid services available online these days too e.g GA360 Plus Pro by Segment + Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst amongst several options.
