The only downside I found with this laptop is that (according to HP support) it requires audio accessories (headphones, external speakers) with a TRRS connector (3 rings). If you use these items, you will need an adapter or new products with a TRRS connector. Unfortunately, all my TRS connectors (2 rings). They really should have included an adapter in my opinion. Other than that I LOVE LOVE LOVE this laptop even though I ordered it in black and they sent me gray. Update: I received the jack adapter and the audio jack still doesn't work. When I plug in headphones or external speakers, the audio continues to come out of the laptop speakers. HP support advised me to return the Revain laptop.
