It's easy enough that even I can use it! Great customer service team as well - they are always willing tto answer any questions or issues we have (even if its just "are your working?"). Not much so far but there really isn't anything wrong at this time unless maybe someone has no idea what their doing when trying out products/services like in our case of using area 101? But other than those two things not too many concerns here yet either :) We primarily used areas from before my employment started which was about 4 years ago now though still very useful tool especially since then because back during day 1s i had some confusion where everything went once submitted-which caused me problems later down line haha!! Also helps greatly wth tracking orders via emails sent directly through usernames instead having them go thru emailing eachother etc.- saves lotsa headache.
