Review on Advance Systems by Randy Montiel

I like how it helps me keep up with all my employees, from where they are at and what their status is. It also allows me to send out reminders if someone isn't doing something right or wrong. Sometimes you need to do some troubleshooting yourself as well. I like that part. I don't like that sometimes when sending out a reminder, the system would just shut down unexpectedly. I think this was because certain types of employees were having issues with the program. I am currently trying to move away from this program because we now have other more effective programs. I'm looking for something that will help me keep track of my employees and give me reminders if someone isn't doing something right or wrong. I am able to see who hasn't been in for a while, and who has been in multiple times.
