Sound quality and tuning are terrible

Since I use this in my 2010 SRX with Bluetooth but not for audio, I decided to give this a try before doing a $900 stereo upgrade. The sound quality sucks so any music you hear will sound distorted with no bass and my SRX is a premium edition with Bose speakers. The setting is confusing. You scan and your phone sees nothing. You have to turn your phone's bluetooth off and on again to be able to see it, and the receiver's name isn't even what you might think it is unless you read the manual (weird bluetooth name BC36 instead of something meaningful). . All in all, I was expecting a lot from a product that costs just over $20, but hey, you get a cool LED light show. If you want to look at it instead of knowing the way.

Pros
  • Bluetooth 5.0 FM Transmitter: Wireless workaround to play audio from portable devices (cell phone, MP3 player, TF card, USB stick) to non-Bluetooth car stereo, personalize your own radio program in a way or to personalize travel.
