I've purchased this item a couple times since COVID started, and we use parchment all the time, for everything. Parchment is quite expensive, but so versatile, and I am so happy to have found this set as such a great bargain. This parchment is very sturdy, comes in a handy-dandy cutting container, and lasts for seemingly ever!We use parchment for baking, wrapping food, quick broiling, as a layer to prevent food from sticking to other food/equipment, shaping to make funnels, and surely, one could use it for their air fryer (aka small convection oven). I have used one sheet of parchment several times when making multiple batches of cookies; if anything burns or melts, just wipe if off, then put on your next batch. I would not suggest using it to roll out your pizza dough because the moisture can soften the paper just enough to where your dough can retract and crunch up the paper, esp if you don't have enough cornmeal or what have you beneath. If you need to write on it, I'd suggest a permanent marker, and allow it to dry before using the paper.Basically, this is a fantastic bang for your hard-earned bucks, IMO, and for our hard-earned bucks. Compare it to the store brands, and I'm sure you'd be pretty pleased with the value and quality of this product :).
