The ear got used to it for about a month, it hurt from the hook. I tried to wear it without a hook, but quickly lost it. With the help of the Plantronics Hab program, I found it. The sound is good, the noise reduction system works well, the interlocutor hears me perfectly. The battery holds all seven hours so far. Cons below: After 1 year of use, the volume buttons became hard to press. Now. after 3.5 years of use, a problem arose (it turns off on its own) sometimes it turns off and immediately turns on, but more often after an independent shutdown, you have to manually turn it off and on.
