I love the sixth system! I love the energy it gives me! I'm not a big person. 5'3 about 135 lbs. The bottle says to take 3 twice a day. No sir! I can only take two, twice a day. So if you are a small person. just take two or you'll look like someone from a live PD episode or something! Holy Moly! Okay about the weight loss. I lost 2kg in just over a week. I exercise (but it's 106 street now, and who wants to exercise when it's so damn hot?!), but I don't exercise as much as I used to. i am a good eater I've lost weight on these pills in the past and like I said they give you a lot of energy and really curb your appetite. I highly recommend this product but keep that in mind. there is no magic pill! To lose weight you need to exercise and eat right.
