UPDATED 05/13/2020: I originally gave this controller a 2/5 star rating due to some initial dead zone issues and poor durability. After about 3-4 months of occasional use it stopped working. I did not contact the seller because I assumed my warranty or return period had not yet expired. However, the seller contacted me and offered to remedy the situation by offering a refund, which I accepted. I was surprised and really impressed by it. Although the controller itself eventually stopped working, it's good to know that the company has customer support should the product fail. Now I have full confidence in this company! ---- Original review on April 17, 2020: Bought for the price and I understand that I can't get top quality controllers for this price. However, the dead zone on the sticks was a nightmare from day one. The USB connection was never good/secure - it feels like I'm connecting it the wrong way every time I plug it in. We've probably been using this controller extensively since January 2020 or so (ordered early for Christmas) and now it keeps popping up. I usually have to plug and unplug it multiple times before the computer recognizes it. Sometimes the connection will drop mid-game and reconnect on a whim.
