Not much to say about the extension cord. But this has several advantages. First, it's the price. In some cases it is equal to others, if not cheaper. Second, it's the design. Vinyl material in particular feels a little softer and more pliable than others, making it easier to handle in cold weather. 16/3 is a good standard for most gear. Third green light at the end. It's very handy to know that you have the power in case something else doesn't work, at least up to this point. Try crawling into the basement under the house etc to find out it wasn't plugged into the outlet. Good line for the money.
