Great: everything I needed in one affordable device.
Awesome! Extremely versatile and once I worked out the configuration I needed it just worked. After connecting my home console to the IP->RS232 converter and connecting to the PAM-1270, after a few minutes I had full control over each zone (a zone is two channels if you want it to be stereo ): power, positive commands are also for louder, quieter, mute and loud. No silly switches if you're not sure about the condition of the device. Sounds good. Fiction. Exactly what I was looking for. Hard to believe it's so cheap.
