I bought a BEFEN bag in June 2018. I have downsized my purse because carrying a full sized bag wherever I go makes my shoulder hurt. I have room for cards, largest iPhone, keys etc. Love the bag. I confess I stuff it to the limit. After prolonged use, the outer zipper gets stuck in the lining. My husband managed to open it but the lining was a little torn. I kept using it for a year. I read that Befen fixes wallets so I emailed them. Customer service was excellent and they offered me a new wallet at a significant discount. I feel compelled to share my story because initially they provided a discount code (twice) and it didn't work. I was a little concerned that it might be a malicious link in my email. However, they sent me a new wallet and it turned out that this is not a malicious link. I think the quality is great and the customer service was even better. I would recommend Befen products.
