I was a bit dubious as to what I might receive, since it was only $19.00. There are ton of things in this case and it's all great quality! My wife and I have endured multiple 'operations' so far - there are things for medical and dental work in the kit - from each of the granddaughters. They are a fan of TV's Doc McStuffins, so this toy box fits right in. You really can't lose for the amount of playtime the $19.00 will give you! The stethoscope even has an electronic 'heart beat' when you press the button, which I thought was cute. The blood pressure 'cuff' has a spinning valve when you 'pump' it. Really cute toy.
