I like that they have good customer support, quick responses to questions or concerns as well having knowledge of their products is very helpful when trying to choose which product would be best for my organization's unique requirements! Sometimes it takes longer than expected especially if there are more tickets open at once but overall great service from this team!! We use Hitech Consulting services because we needed help setting up an intranet program while also using Sharepoint Online (Office 365). They were able set everything right away without any issues by doing some research first before asking us what was going wrong etc., then showing how each step worked together smoothly after getting things setup correctly initially. The best thing about this product is that it allows me to use my favorite tools without having any issues or problems when I am working from home. It helps keep all of us safe by providing an easy way for everyone at work to communicate, which makes things run smoothly during these trying times. There are many benefits to using this software as well; we have been able to get back up-to date very quickly since everything has been sent directly through email instead of via phone calls or texts.
