I labeled the fit as 'a bit large' because it offers more room than most work shirts currently on the market, but I blame the 'tight' craze for that. Jeans" that seem to hang around and pierce through shirts. It's not too big, just well built and roomy, so it's not tight or clingy, which I can't stand. I usually wear XL and it fits a little more than most of mine other XL work shirts but not to the point where a better choice would be L. It's very soft and comfortable, made of quality fabric so it stays put This is my new favorite shirt!
