The screen is not visible, good for me

I bought 2 monitors, opened the box and used the USB-C cable for power. The screen is dark and poorly visible. I disconnected and reconnected and got the same result. We are a good screen, they worked. I needed a plug and play portable monitor and it would be great if they worked, don't buy they don't work out of the box.
