The features in Plumbr are easy to learn and navigate. It's a great way to see what is going on in the back-end of our products. It's also a great way to identify issues before they get out of hand! I dislike the fact that it is a cloud-based product and I can't use it on my own computer. I'd like to have it on my own computer so I can do troubleshooting on my own.
