I've been trying to get a good monitor for months and this is the second one I've gotten as the first one had its own problems. I was about to install it when the first thing I noticed was that the box had a tear that was in another box that wasn't damaged. Then when I assemble the stand, I notice that the stand doesn't snap into place where it should be. The pictures in the instructions say nothing about the screw. So when I try to put it on my desk, the monitor keeps crashing. Upon closer inspection, it has a screw. It was installed by someone else before me. This means this is not a new monitor. This was a previously owned and returned monitor. Who the heck would have thought it was possible to put a broken monitor stand back in the box when you know someone has already returned it for that reason? The screw is cut in half and I can't get it out. I've been waiting for this shit for a whole month. Now I have to send the second monitor back. I won't even try to turn it on and see the quality because it will just fall off and damage my keyboard.
