Review on Wiss 20N Heavy Industrial Shears by Heather Morales

I was a little skeptical when I read a previous review that these Wiss 20N shears have changed. Fortunately, I found that my fears were unfounded. Compared to my 30+ pair, the blade edge is identical in length (4 3/4 inches) - the pivot point is 5 9/16 inches from the tip of the blade (vs 5 7/16 inches on the old scissors) . . - The overall length of the scissors is 11 1/16 inches (vs. 10 1/2 inches for the older pair). The extra room is in the handle(s), and for the first time in over 30 years, my fingers don't cramp when cutting 90-foot, 24-ounce roving. Needless to say I am not disappointed with this new pair.
