Review on Crosby Fax by Andrew Grant

I like that it's free, easy to set up (it was very simple), reliable for sending/receiving documents from other companies in our office. It has been difficult getting support with customizations we need beyond what is included out of box. They have not given us any reason as why they are having such problems supporting their product after so many years! We use this software at work when someone needs something sent over email or shared through Sharepoint but cannot be physically there themselves due to time constraints etc..
