I like that it's free, easy to set up (it was very simple), reliable for sending/receiving documents from other companies in our office. It has been difficult getting support with customizations we need beyond what is included out of box. They have not given us any reason as why they are having such problems supporting their product after so many years! The interface is very simple to use, easy to navigate, and has many options for customization. I have had no problems with this software so far. It's quick and efficient way of sending out documents.
