I like that you can attach documents to emails, it's easy for customers who are not tech savvy to use! The price is expensive compared with other services out there so if budget allows try more than one service/provider - they all have different features but sometimes it takes time getting used too them. It saves me having to print off invoices etc which makes life easier in my small office environment where we tend to do everything online anyway. I like that I can send faxes directly from my computer and I can also receive faxes directly from my computer. I don't like that I can't receive faxes from other computers on my network. I also don't like that I can't receive faxes from my phone. I wish I could receive faxes from my phone and other computers on my network. I use this software to send and receive faxes. I can send faxes from my computer and I can also receive faxes from my computer. I also receive faxes from my phone.
