Amazing composition, it really works. I'd say it's a lot for the price, but since it's made in America, you get what you pay for. It will last a long time as long as you use it in small quantities, not only is it perfect for my bottom bracket, but also for threaded surfaces such as stop bolts, axles, flare nuts, axle nuts, threaded washers, etc. I use this for limit bolts, my bottom bracket, everywhere with a threaded surface, a hole, etc. My frame shell actually had threads on my bottom bracket, before that I applied ASC-1 grease to the threads inside the shell. The biggest problem I had was stripping threads, which is my biggest problem, so I started using it on the screws on my switches, including the ratchet, and anything and everything with a threaded surface that's in metal goes.
