Exactly what I was looking for. A small table kettle with an attractive design. I love the matte black against the cork finish and it looks great next to my coffee maker. The cable is not too long and can be easily hidden. I filled it to the max mark and it boiled for about 3 minutes, much faster than a kettle on the stove. The switch is in the base, not too big, and it will turn off automatically when the water boils. The gooseneck spout is really cute and creates a great trickle that's easy to control when pouring coffee and the like. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to enjoy 1-2 cups of tea or coffee at a time. Tip: Don't remove the plastic part above the maximum fill line, other reviews mention that this could damage the kettle.
