The gloves are good, and they are pretty warm but they do not stay warm until -30F as advertised. I was happy to keep using these until last week when the temperatures dropped below 15F and my hands are always cold even with the gloves on. Also, the smallest size is good for the wrist but there is gap between the tip of my fingers which means I cannot pick up or hold anything properly and this also messes with the ability to use the touchscreen on my phone properly.Size issues apart, I would still maintain these are very good for temperatures above 15F
