Review on 📀 Sylvania Compact HDMI DVD Player and Up-Convert: Enhanced Home Entertainment Experience by Michael Hale

I've had this DVD player for 2 months now, I've used it maybe half a dozen times. It stopped working, all discs inserted into the DVD player gave a "Bad Disc" message. I contacted Proscan customer service, they told me to turn it off, turn it back on, wait 30 minutes and see if it works. Obviously not. I called them back, they told me to send them the device with a $7 money order for the return postage, they would find out what was wrong with it. It will be sent to me in 3-4 weeks. I told them it was fun and I'd like to speak to the manager. They put me on hold and then hung up. I think that's what I deserve for buying a $25 DVD player.
