Review on Basno by Ken Reiff

I like the ability to see the potential of the student. I do not like the fact that the process is quite lengthy. I would like to see the process streamlined. I would also like to see more specific feedback on the student's performance. I would like to see a review of the student's performance after they have graduated. I am trying to identify the skills and knowledge that are relevant to the future of the organization. I am trying to determine the specific skills and knowledge that they will need to be successful in the future. I am trying to identify the potential of the student.
