Okay, there's been a lot of feedback from people who couldn't get it to snap and others who poked fun at those who didn't could, and have called idiots. Here's the thing: This wand doesn't snap into place, it's tightened by twisting the top bar and holding the bottom bar still until tightened. If you're like me and don't know it doesn't click, spin it around and around and try to feel or hear where it should click and if you did it the wrong way. Twists to make it tighter when you finally head in the right direction. I finally figured it out and I can easily understand how many people got frustrated and felt like it didn't work. Holding the wand with the upper stem in my right hand and the lower stem in my left hand, I twisted away from myself to tighten it. Remember, if you've played around with making it click (which it doesn't) it may take many turns to tighten the first time, after which you're good to go. One star deducted for lack of orientation.
