Better than I had hoped.
I bought some lovely dangling Christmas hoop earrings and lost one the first day I put them on. Luckily I found it. I didn't want to lose him again. I replaced the plain hook that came with my earrings with these sterling silver French hooks with a lever on the back. I am very comfortable. This was easy to do with needle nose pliers. I'm sure 925 sterling silver will wear very well. I've swapped out all my earrings - they work great!
