Just received, powered on, cards not set up! I tried setting the default navi directory but couldn't. Leave the module out for about 10 minutes and then I can set the default map directory. After setting the map directory, the system works as it should. Very good visibility even in bright sunlight (the parasol does not stay open, but this is not necessary as the parasol is visible in the sun). A NOTICE. If you leave it on the dash on a hot day, the screen needs to cool down before it lights up again. Not a bad device for the price, but you sacrifice the ability to use it in hot conditions. You must request a map link update and they will tell you how to update maps when that information should also be in the brochure.
